Sections 119-122 of the Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008 relate to "Nuisance or disturbance on hospital premises".

Under the Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2008, in relation to English NHS premises, sections 119(4), 120(5) and (6), and 121(1) to (3), (5) and (6) come into force on 1/1/09. These provisions relate to definitions and the power to issue guidance, rather than creating the offence itself.
