This attribute controls the content of the description and og:description elements. | The CQC is prosecuting Priory Healthcare Limited under regulation 22(2)(a) and (b) Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 for failing to comply with regulation 12 (safe care and treatment) resulting in avoidable harm to the patient, Matthew Caseby, or exposing him to a significant risk of such harm occurring. Last year an inquest found that neglect contributed to his death, noting that he had been left unattended in a courtyard and so was able to climb a low (7'6") fence. |
