TV Edwards, London - Community care/Court of Protection solicitor (2+ yrs pqe) (deadline 6/12/21)

We have an exciting opportunity for a community care/Court of Protection solicitor to join our growing team.

You will be experienced in all aspects of community care and Court of Protection work. You will need to share our passion for access to justice, have good knowledge of the legal aid scheme and experience of private client work. While the majority of our current work is funded through legal aid, we are expanding our private client work.

You will be working with colleagues specialising in housing and public law. We have been recognised by Chambers and Partners and the Legal 500 as providing good quality advice and representation. Currently we are unable to meet demand for our community care and Court of Protection services and you will be given the opportunity to grow and develop this area of work.

We have good referral sources from local charities and NGOs who work with us together to achieve the best outcome for our clients.

Our staff are without doubt our best asset and we reward performance, provide flexible working practices and positively encourage every individual’s contribution as to how we deliver services. We are market leaders in legal sector IT infrastructure systems and billing. As acknowledged in our Lexcel accreditation, we offer excellent support and training opportunities.
