Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust v RB [2021] EWCOP 11
Cancer treatment RB lacked capacity to make decisions regarding his treatment. During the course of the hearing his litigation friend came to the view that the form of cancer care set out by the Trust was in RB's best interests. The matter was therefore agreed, but the court gave a short judgment.
