  • : Printable pink PDFs which I have amended with the new wording. These have the same website address as the old forms (so your bookmarks will continue to work, but refresh the page if necessary). The words "Form amended by SI 2020/1072 for use from 1 December 2020" appear at the bottom of the amended forms so that you can quickly ensure that the new wording has been used: this wording does not affect the validity of the forms any more than the name/address of a company selling the forms would.
  • : Fillable pink PDFs. There are only a few of these so far (though if you have Adobe Acrobat you can type into any form). Please let me know if it is worth making more.
  • : Editable Word documents (also on Gov.uk).
