Criminal Procedure (Insanity and Unfitness to Plead) Act 1991

This Act substitutes Criminal Procedure (Insanity) Act 1964 s4, amends s8 and repeals sch 1. Other changes made were subsequently themselves amended by Domestic Violence Crime and Victims Act 2004.
