Upper Tribunal

Just like with the First-tier Tribunal, the Upper Tribunal will be divided into chambers. The chamber relevant to mental health work (and the only one created so far) is the Administrative Appeals Chamber.

The Upper Tribunal (Administrative Appeals Chamber) will deal with appeals from the First-tier Tribunal.
