Once the relevant parts of the Mental Health Act 2007 come into force, the text of this section will be as follows.
Meaning of "relevant treatment"
[64A.—In this Part of this Act "relevant treatment", in relation to a patient, means medical treatment which—
- (a) is for the mental disorder from which the patient is suffering; and
- (b) is not a form of treatment to which section 57 above applies.][1]
