You do not need to register or enter any personal information to browse the website. If you subscribe to anything, your personal information will never be shared. See details below:

  • Email updates: You can receive the free email updates by just entering your email address (never published).
  • Email discussion list: Your email address will only be seen by other list members if you send an email to the list.
  • Online forum: You need to enter a name, username and email address (email address is never published).
  • CPD scheme: For the CPD scheme you have to enter your full name and email address (never published).
  • Books: If you purchase books from Amazon or Bookshop.org, we will not receive any personal details.

Cookies

  • The various pieces of software use cookies to run properly: MediaWiki (the website), phpList (email updates) and Discourse (forum). A third-party site sets cookies to measure website traffic (Statcounter). These aren't used for advertising or to identify you personally.
