Health and Care Act 2022 (Consequential and Related Amendments and Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2022

Part 2 of these regulations make amendments which are consequential on the establishment of integrated care boards (ICBs) and the abolition of clinical commissioning groups (CCGs), including amendments to the Mental Health (Hospital, Guardianship and Treatment) (England) Regulations 2008 and the Mental Health (Hospital, Guardianship, Community Treatment and Consent to Treatment) (Wales) Regulations 2008.
