Schedule 3 (Unfitness to stand trial and insanity: courts-martial etc) of the Domestic Violence Crime and Victims Act 2004 makes various changes to the Army Act 1955, Air Force Act 1955, Naval Discipline Act 1957 and Courts-Martial (Appeals) Act 1968, applying MHA 1983 s35, s36, s37 and s38 with amendments.
