Family Law Week is a website specialising in family law, which contains case law, legislation and news. The content is free, as is the weekly email update, and 12 hours' CPD can be claimed at a reasonable fee.
They have kindly agreed for their case summaries to be used on this website. These are generally capacity/best interests cases, and are marked with a link to the relevant Family Law Week website page.
