Puberty blockers This article is based on an interview with Dr David Bell, who was given permission by the Court of Appeal to intervene in the appeal from Bell v Tavistock And Portman NHS Foundation Trust [2020] EWHC 3274 (Admin). The heading refers to his view of writing a report in 2018 critical of the Tavistock Centre's approach to children and its "at once Kafkaesque and cack-handed" response.
