The requirements of Article 2 concerning an investigation into the treatment of the claimant while she was serving a sentence of detention in a young offender institution.

Notes

Interestingly, while the prisoner was being treated in a general hospital for the consequences of her self harming she obtained an injunction preventing her return to the prison estate - she was shortly transferred to Rampton under s47 as suffering from personality disorder.
