The 2012 Bill has been approved by the House of Commons and will have its Second Reading in the House of Lords on 18/1/13. The Mental Health (Discrimination) Bill 2010 ran out of Parliamentary time so a similar Bill was introduced in 2012. See Mental Health (Discrimination) Act 2013.
