Note that paragraphs 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 9, 14, 20, 22, 25, 32, 38, 55 and 56 were repealed by Mental Capacity Act 2005 s67 & sch 7; Mental Capacity Act 2005 (Commencement No.2) Order 2007 wef 1/10/08. Para 23(d)(ii) is repealed by Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008 wef 14/7/08.
There may be other amendments which have not been applied to the text on the Statute Law Database.
