Interpretation
41. In this Part—
- “appeal” [, except in rule 44(2) (application for permission to appeal),][1] means the exercise of a right of appeal under section 13 of the 2007 Act; and
- “review” means the review of a decision by the Upper Tribunal under section 10 of the 2007 Act.
