Community Legal Service (Funding) (Amendment No.2) Order 2011: Difference between revisions

This order, amongst other things, reduces the Legal Aid rates for mental health law (and other civil work) by 10%. The old and new fees are set out in Legal Aid#Payments. In force 3/10/11 (for cases started on or after that date).
