|Description=Recruiting for an experienced Court of Protection solicitor or paralegal to join a busy and expanding team. There could be room to develop private client work in wills and probate. It would therefore be beneficial if the candidate had experience covering Court of Protection matters and some general private client work. The successful candidate must have:

*Experience of working with MCA/COP cases
*Knowledge of LAA contract would be preferable
*A full driving licence and access to a vehicle
*Experience of MHA and Community Care work preferable

We are offering some excellent opportunities to join our highly-regarded, well-established niche firm based in Hoylake in our expanding Mental Health Tribunal and Court of Protection departments. We are based at Hoylake on the Wirral, but represent clients in several areas including North and Mid Wales. All of the currently-advertised positions are permanent and full-time.
