|Description=Owing to continued expansion, we have an opportunity for a full-time qualified solicitor, to join our busy Court of Protection team. The successful candidate will understand the importance of providing a supportive and understanding experience for our clients, and of being part of a team, and will have:

a)	a full driving licence and access to a vehicle, and
b)	the ability to work unsupervised, and to provide training and support to other members of the team, and
c)	experience of DOLS applications, and Court of Protection applications (both financial and welfare issues), and
d)	experience of dealing with matters under Legal Aid.

Our office is in Preston, but we attend appointments and court hearings throughout the North of England.

Salary dependant on qualifications and experience of the candidate.

Interviews will be at our office in Preston.
