|Description=Owing to growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced solicitor to work across our successful Mental Capacity and Mental Health Act departments.

Requirements:

*Ideally 3 years' PQE and supervisor status. Exceptional applicants with less experience will be considered.
*Good working knowledge of mental capacity law.
*Experience of working within Legal Aid contracts.

Salary negotiable according to experience. We are also happy to consider a percentage deal.
