National Health Service (Consequential Provisions) Act 2006

Sched 1 this Act amends MHA 1983 s12, s19 and s23, s121, s122, s134, s139, s141, s145, and Sched 4 repeals MHA 1983 sched 4 para 47, with effect from 1/3/07. It also amends MCA 2005 s38.
