Event:PELT: Depriving Children and Young People of their liberty lawfully - Hoylake, 18/10/16

Many children and young people are unlawfully deprived of their liberty. This course looks at how s25 Children Act, the MHA, the MCA and inherent jurisdiction work (or not). Trainer: Peter Edwards. Venue: The Training Suite, Peter Edwards Law, Hoylake CH47 2AE. Times: 10am to 3.30pm (30-minute lunch not included). Price: £125 plus VAT (£150).
