Schedule 6 para 26 amends MHA 1983 s135: In section 135(4)of the Mental Health Act 1983 for the words “the constable to whom it is addressed”, in both places where they occur, there shall be substituted the words “a constable”.

Schedule 7 repeals: In Section 135, in subsections (1) and (2), the words “named in the warrant”.s135.
