R v Priory Healthcare Limited [2024] MHLO 2
Sentencing following CQC prosecution Priory Healthcare Limited was fined £650,000 and ordered to pay £43,672 costs and £180 victim surcharge. Matthew Caseby, a patient in Priory Hospital Woodbourne, had climbed a fence and died after being hit by a train.
