RGB v Cwm Taf Health Board [2013] EWHC B23 (COP), [2013] MHLO 128 (COP)
At a time when she had been assessed to have capacity, Mrs B left her husband and did not wish him to see her. On the basis of these wishes, when she was admitted to hospital with dementia Mr B was refused access. The husband unsuccessfully sought a declaration that the Health Board had acted unlawfully.
