Noble Solicitors, Bedfordshire/remote - COP and MH solicitor (listed until 12/11/22)

A Court of Protection/Mental Health lawyer is required to join our busy team in a full-time capacity.

The successful candidate must be a member of the Law Society’s Mental Health Accreditation Scheme and will be expected to:

  • develop and manage their own mixed caseload using our digital case management system;
  • undertake all aspects of advocacy before the Tribunal and Hospital Managers;
  • have a full UK driving licence and own transport;
  • have excellent client care, written and verbal communication skills:
  • have a solid understanding of Legal Aid Contract requirements, including the CCMS system.
