Mental Health (Scotland) Act 1984

This Act replaced references to the Mental Health (Scotland) Act 1960 with references to itself, but these amendments have been replaced by the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003 (Consequential Provisions) Order 2005.
