Health and Care Act 2022 (Commencement No. 2 and Transitional and Saving Provision) Regulations 2022
This brings into force most of Health and Care Act 2022 on 1/7/22, including schedule 4 which makes amendments to the MHA 1983 (changing "clinical commissioning group" to "integrated care board").
