Press Release from Ben Conroy - Conroys Solicitors LLP
[I]t would seem that the order [of DCP Johnson dated 26 March 2020] may no longer be in force and that CTO cases are now going to be listed for hearing.
It is understood that the tribunal service is working through a list of all the CTO cases that were postponed to re-list them.
Currently there has been no formal press release from HMCTS or anything via MHLA.
Hopefully HMCTS will provide an update to practitioners and Responsible Authorities shortly.
