We have two opportunities at our Office in Seven Sisters in North London. We are looking for a Mental Health Solicitor / Accredited Representative and a Mental Capacity Solicitor to join our reputable and growing team

Mental Capacity Solicitor

Mental Health Solicitor / Accredited Representative

  • You will be joining our specialist mental health law team to provide advice and representation in all aspects of mental health law, including undertaking advocacy and dealing with all types of work in respect of mental health tribunal
  • You will work closely with a Partner to manage an independent caseload
  • You will be expected to provide comprehensive legal advice and representation to clients and family members, within the context of the Mental Health Act and other relevant legislation.
  • You will be expected to attend clients at hospitals, in their home and care/nursing homes.

Requirements:

  • Law Society’s Mental Health Accreditation Scheme Member
  • Good understanding of the Legal Aid Agency Contract Specifications
  • Driving Licence will be advantage but not essential
