For busy days, if you wish, you can: (1) create a message rule in your email reader that automatically moves messages with [MHLO] in the subject header to a specified sub-folder, and/or (2) use the online archive of messages (see link below) to decide which emails to read. Alternatively, if you don't intend to reply to the list, you can select Digest Mode to receive emails containing several messages grouped together. |
