Restricted patients have the following options: Absolute discharge; Conditional discharge; Deferred conditional discharge.

Unrestricted patients have the following options: (Complete) discharge; Deferred discharge; Community Treatment Order.

Separate considerations apply to restricted transferred prisoners.
