Transaction criteria
From Mental Health Law Online
Transaction criteria exist for various areas of law, including for Mental Health Review Tribunals. The LSC can use them to audit files: looking for evidence of information gained, advice given, and steps taken. The mental health transaction criteria were published in 2000. The transaction criteria are mentioned in the "thorough preparation" chapter of the mental health peer review guidance. They are a useful basis for file checklists to ensure that nothing is forgotten.
