Decision

Date: 15/7/13

"The Committee was satisfied that grounds for intervention exist under Paragraph 1(1)(a) of Schedule 1 of the Solicitors Act 1974 as a result of reason to suspect dishonesty on the part of Mr Okpokiri in connection with his practice as a solicitor and under Paragraph 1(1)(c) of Schedule 1 of the Solicitors Act 1974 because Mr Okpokiri has failed to comply with rules made by virtue of Sections 31 and 32 of the Solicitors Act 1974."
