Peter Edwards Law, Hoylake - Paralegal or solicitor in COP (HW and DOLS) department

Recruiting for an experienced Court of Protection solicitor or paralegal to join a busy and expanding team. There could be room to develop private client work in wills and probate. It would therefore be beneficial if the candidate had experience covering Court of Protection matters and some general private client work. The successful candidate must have:

Experience of working with MCA/COP cases
Knowledge of LAA contract would be preferable
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle
Experience of MHA and Community Care work preferable
