ODonnells Solicitors, Preston - Mental health panel member (deadline 23/2/18)
An opportunity has arisen for a MH Panel member to join our tribunal team.
The successful candidate will understand the importance of providing a supportive and understanding experience for our clients, of being part of a team, will be an accredited member of the Law Society Mental Health panel and have:
- a) a full driving licence and access to a vehicle, and
- b) experience of dealing with matters under Legal Aid, and
- c) advocacy skills and experience.
Our office is in Preston, but we cover appointments and representation at tribunals throughout the North of England. There is an opportunity for some remote working, to enhance your work/life balance. We want you to enjoy working with us, and for this to be a long-term arrangement. There is also an opportunity to have training from our Court of Protection team to broaden your skills.
Salary dependant on qualifications and experience of the candidate.
Interviews will be at our office in Preston.
