Associate (NQ+) - Health Litigation – Birmingham

Fixed term contract - 12 months approx

We need a solicitor to work in our Birmingham office. You will deal with a wide range of patient matters and public law work. A broad range of work will include complex issues covering:

  • Inquests
  • FOI and DPA
  • Mental Health Act 1983
  • Mental Capacity Act 2005, Best Interests and Court of Protection cases
  • Consent
  • Confidentiality
  • Public Interest Immunity
  • Complaints
  • Continuing Healthcare
  • NHS commissioning decisions
  • Judicial Review
  • Responsible Commissioner
  • Performers List Management
  • CQC regulation
  • Child Law
