With effect from 3/11/08, this order is replaced by the Mental Health (Nurses) (England) Order 2008 and Mental Health (Nurses) (Wales) Order 2008 in the respective jurisdictions.

Notes

This order had replaced the Mental Health (Nurses) Order 1983 on 17/11/98.
