Greenwich Firm seeks a Mental Health Law Solicitor/Legal Executive either on a part-time or full-time basis
We are a small, well-established legal practice in South London and are seeking to recruit a Mental Health Solicitor/fee earner to join our practice. The successful candidate must be a current member of the Law Society’s Mental Health Accreditation Scheme and will be required to undertake advocacy and all types of work in Mental Health Tribunals and the Court of Protection. In return, we offer a competitive salary commensurate with the successful candidate’s experience.
Person Specification
- Law Society’s Panel Membership
- Experience in advocacy work and caseload in mental health/Court of Protection cases
- Knowledge and experience of managing CCMS cases
- Demonstrable commitment to teamwork and leadership potential
- Commercial awareness
